Ordering from The Press Conference is designed to be seamless, intentional, and elevated. Every set is handcrafted by me, so the process is simple — but precise.
Intentional, Structured, Unrushed
Every order follows an intentional, structured experience thoughtfully designed for clarity, accuracy, and elevated results—from selection to delivery.
Begin by clicking the Order Form link on my website or in my bio. Complete all required details, including style, shape, length, and any additional selections. Submitting the form officially starts your order—no payment is collected at this stage.
New Clients: A sizing kit must be ordered before placing your first order. I’ll help confirm your correct sizes to ensure the best fit and most accurate results.
Returning Clients: Your saved sizes must be used with every order. Clients are responsible for keeping record of their sizes to maintain consistency.
After submitting your form, please send a DM or email saying, “Hi! I submitted an order request.” I’ll respond within 24–48 hours, and we’ll finalize all details and pricing together.
Once your order is confirmed, head to The Press Conference website to add your agreed-upon items to your cart and proceed to checkout and payment. Please note that orders are not accepted through DM, email, or invoice.
Production begins after payment is received and typically takes 7–12 business days. Shipping starts once your set is complete. Rush processing is available for an additional fee, and free U.S. shipping is offered on all orders of $100 or more.
Yes — all new clients are required to order a sizing kit. You must use The Press Conference Sizing Kit only; tape measurements or guessing sizes are not accepted. This guarantees accurate sizing, comfort, and a perfect salon-fit.
For returning clients, your saved sizes must be provided with every order.
Because each order follows a structured, made-to-order process, changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you need to request a change, you must reach out within 24 hours of payment. After this window, production may have already begun, and adjustments may no longer be possible.
Production time is 7–12 business days after payment is received. Once your order is completed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS. Timing may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and holidays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes — Rush Processing is available for an additional fee. Rush orders are prioritized in production and created on an expedited timeline. Rush processing applies to production time only and does not affect USPS shipping or delivery speed, which remains outside of our control.
