Do I need a sizing kit?
Yes, all new clients are required to order a sizing kit. You must use The Press Conference Sizing Kit only; tape measurements or guessing sizes are not accepted. This guarantees accurate sizing, comfort, and a perfect salon-fit.
For returning clients, your saved sizes must be provided with every order.
How Long Does My Order Take?
Production time is 7–12 business days after payment is received. Once your order is completed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS. Timing may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and holidays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I Rush My Order?
Yes— Rush Processing is available for $25. This speeds up production and prioritizes your order in my schedule. Rush processing applies to production time only and does not affect USPS shipping. While I will create and ship your set faster, delivery time is ultimately out of my control.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more. All orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days, though timing may vary.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes — we can create a fully custom set designed just for you. Inspiration photos, mood boards, and color references are welcome and encouraged. Custom pricing follows the Custom Tier, and full payment is required at checkout (Afterpay is available).
What if I break or lose a nail?
Your first two replacement nails are free; you’ll only be responsible for shipping. After that, replacement nails are available at 10% of the cost of your set per nail. Replacements can be requested at any time—even months later.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Because each set is handmade and custom, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds. Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment only. After 24 hours, production may have already begun.
Do the nails come with everything I need?
Yes — every order includes an Application Kit. Each kit comes with nail glue, a buffer, a mini file, a cuticle pusher, and alcohol wipes. Application kit refills are available for $5.
Can I return my nails if I don’t like them?
No. All sets are custom-made and final sale.
What if my nails don’t fit?
Clients are responsible for accurate sizing. A sizing kit is required prior to ordering to ensure the best fit.
If issues occur, please contact TPC and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
How long will my nails last?
Retention varies based on application and lifestyle. Proper prep and aftercare are essential for longevity.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified defects or order errors made by TPC.
Why did my nails pop off?
This is typically due to:

Water exposure too soon
